If you receive a socket error such as the one shown below, there may be a problem with the Windows Registry on the field unit:

We recommend running the Windows System File Checker to resolve any registry problems.  This can be done by opening up an elevated command prompt (run as administrator), and typing the following command and pressing enter:

sfc /scannow
